The state that some poeple let their cues get into is beyond me.  If you look after a cue it will last you a lifetime.  If you neglect it then at least take it to a repuatable cue maker who knows what he's doing and not "John" from down the pub who reckons all you need to fix it is a drill and some 60 grit...
