STEP 1:  Joining the queue.

 

In order to book your slot in my order book I ask for a £100 non refundable deposit per cue for all custom orders.  Receipt of your deposit is taken as an acceptance of my Terms and Conditions which can be found on my website here: T's & C's.  Upon receipt of your deposit I will send you a confirmation message and that secures your slot in my order book and we can proceed to design your cue.

STEP 2: Designing your cue.

You are more than welcome to visit the workshop in Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 to choose your own woods and veneers in person if you are able to.  If this is not practical for you then we will work together via Facbook Messenger (see link at the top of this page) to go over both the specifications and design of your cue.

I will then draw up your order ticket and send to you for confirmation before issuing to the workshop.

 

STEP 3: Final Payment.

The remaining balance of your order is due on completion of all the splice work, prior to the ends being capped off with butt joint and ferrule.  Once the balance is paid in full including any postage requirements I will finish off the mechanical work and tailor the cue to your exact specs.

STEP 4: Finishing.

 

Upon completion of all the mechanical work I will then typically do a "Reveal" live on Facbook where I will show off you cue as it gets its first coat of oil.  From this point it is typically 2 weeks to completion as I apply several coats of Oil and Wax (Also available to purchase here seperatley).

 

You are welcome to collect in person if convenient.  If postage is required it is calculated nearer the time to reflect the current prices but is typically between £25 (Standard) and £45 (fully insured) anywhere within the UK mainland.  International shipping is available and is quoted at the time as these prices can fluctuate widely depending n County and service offered.​
